As a Customer Relations and In-House Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in serving our clients. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, conducting thorough insurance policy reviews, and actively promoting State Farm's comprehensive insurance products. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Actively promote and sell State Farm insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and share best practices
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends to educate customers effectively and provide accurate information
  • Assist customers with claims filing and facilitate the claims process to ensure a smooth, efficient experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills
 

Requirements

Minimum Qualification
·         High School Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
·         1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software
  • Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to adapt to industry trends and regulatory changes, with a demonstrated willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
